Subscription Terms

• To receive the subscription discount, you must commit to at least 3 subscription renewals before cancelling.
• The discount amount (up to 15%) will be applied to each subscription order.
• Your payment method will be automatically charged based on your selected delivery schedule.
• Subscription prices are subject to change, but you will be notified at least 14 days in advance of any price changes.

Subscription Management

You have the flexibility to manage your subscription in the following ways:

Delivery Schedule

• You can modify your delivery frequency at any time (monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly).
• Changes to your delivery schedule will be applied to your next upcoming order.

Product Swaps

• You can swap products in your subscription for other eligible products.
• Product swaps must be made at least 3 business days before your next scheduled processing date.
• Price adjustments may apply when swapping products of different values.

Skipping Deliveries

• You can skip a delivery without affecting your subscription commitment.
• Skipped deliveries do not count toward your 3-delivery commitment.
• Skip requests must be submitted at least 3 business days before your scheduled processing date.

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription after receiving at least 3 subscription deliveries.
• Cancellations before the 3-delivery minimum will result in forfeiture of the subscription discount on previous orders, and your account will be charged the difference.
• To cancel, log into your account or contact customer service at least 3 business days before your next scheduled processing date.

Payment and Billing

• Your payment method will be charged approximately 24-48 hours before your order ships.
• If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again within 24 hours. If payment cannot be collected, that delivery will be skipped.
• You are responsible for keeping your payment information current and updated.

Returns and Refunds

• Subscription products are subject to the same return policy as regular purchases.
• Returning a subscription product does not cancel your subscription.

Changes to This Policy

• Glowissima reserves the right to modify the subscription program and this policy at any time.
• We will notify subscribers of any significant changes via email.
